Signs
|
Each of our marketing packages include one custom yard sign with steel frame. An outdoor brochure box is attached if we design flyers for you. You may also purchase a brochure box for $20. We highly recommend that you have print materials available for prospective buyers to take with them.
You will receive your sign the same day that our photographer takes pictures of your home. We suggest that you do not use your signs until after you confirm the completion of your home portfolio. Our Derby clients can pick up and return their signs at our office, located at 821 York Street, Suite 111, Newport, Kentucky. (Across from the Radel Funeral Home).
We collect a $75.00 security deposit (refundable when you return your sign in good condition) Returning any other signs to us is appreciated, but not required. You will receive your security deposit in the form of a check in person when you return your sign or by mail if we aren't at office for your drop off.

Our yard signs are simple, attractive and very effective. Our signs tell perspective buyers exactly where to go online to see pictures and information of your home. Our yard sign displays your contact number so buyers can reach you directly

Your directional signs should have your home address written neatly in black marker and are effective for neighborhoods with many side streets.

Make sure to use your Open House sign in your yard at the beginning of the week that you plan to show your home. Do not forget to advertise your open house in the local classifieds. Call us for details.

After you receive a signed Purchase Agreement and receive earnest money, your property is officially "Pending." Use the back of this sign to mark your sign as such. After both parties have officially signed all documents at the title or "closing" company, your property is officially SOLD. Use this sign to slide over your contact number to prevent additional calls.

Our all weather brochure box is designed to mount to our sign. This is included if we are designing your flyers for you. We do suggest that you monitor the distribution of your flyers daily. We highly recommend that you provide print materials for prospective buyers to take with them.
